Location: Accra, Ghana • Structure: Mon–Thu placements, Fridays for leadership. Weekends: Cultural activities & immersion; free time.

About the Program

The program blends professional growth and cultural exploration in Accra. Interns work across technology, finance, agribusiness, health, and creative sectors. Fridays feature leadership, community engagement, and cultural excursions.

Program Format

Two Flexible Participation Options:

Option 1: Full In-Country

Four weeks in-country (full duration abroad)

Option 2: Hybrid Format

Three weeks in-country + one week remote (pre-departure virtual component)

This flexible structure allows participants to begin their internship remotely before joining the cohort on-site for the in-country phase.

Payment Terms & Plan Options
A non-refundable deposit is required upon acceptance to secure your place. The remaining balance is due 45 days before departure.
Hilltop offers flexible payment plans for participants who wish to spread payments across multiple installments.

All payments must be made before arrival in Ghana.
Sample Week

Mon–Thu: On-site internship, project work, and supervisor check-ins.

Fridays: Leadership and development sessions or project-based sessions.

Saturday & Sunday: Cultural excursions, community engagement, or personal time.
